Return Policy

At Servers Fit, we are dedicated to providing only the best of new and refurbished IT equipment. If for any reason you need to return a product, we have a simple and straightforward process in place to help you.

Contacting the Returns Team:

To initiate a return, simply contact our Returns Team directly at +1 512-881-1937or via email: rma@serversfit.com. Our team will respond the same business day and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

RMA Instructions:

Here are some instructions to keep in mind when returning your package:

  • The RMA number must be visibly displayed on the front of the package. Packages without an RMA will not be accepted and will be sent back to the sender.
  • Pack items for return in an appropriately sized shipping container. Do not write or apply shipping labels to the original manufacturer's packaging.
  • A copy of the invoice should be included with the package as a packing slip.
  • All returns must be returned within ten days of the RMA date. After that date, the return will be automatically canceled.
  • Servers Fit does not issue an RMA for the same order/product more than once.
  • Servers Fit charges customers for any items not received back with the return shipment.
  • In order to return an item, it must be in its original packaging. Otherwise, it will not be accepted.
  • The item must be shipped by a company that provides a tracking number (i.e., UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL). The customer is responsible for any costs related to insuring the package.

Restocking Fees:

  • There will be a 25% restocking fee for any items returned that are not defective.
  • In the event that the wrong product is delivered by Servers Fit, the restocking fee will not be applied.
  • If a customer returns a product citing it as faulty or dead on arrival, our engineers will check the product for faults. If faults are found, the payment will be refunded or the product will be replaced. If no faults are found, the customer is liable for 25% of the restocking fee.
  • For brand-new products with an open box, a 50% restocking fee will be charged.

Disclaimers:

Servers Fit reserves the right to charge a 50% restocking fee if one of the following applies:

Change in mind or not a valid reason / no longer required.

If a customer orders the wrong item, 50% restocking fee or a minimum of $20 will be applied upon return.

  • The original packaging is damaged or tampered with.
  • The contents of the package are missing or replaced.

The following factors may result in a replacement being denied:

  • The item does not match what was listed on the RMA form.
  • The product has been tampered with or is physically damaged.

Please inform us within 5 working days (from delivery date) if you have received wrong product/faulty product. No RMA would be accepted after that.
